ADDED  ON MARCH 21, 2024: The Administration for Native Americans has issued its annual Environmental Regulatory Enhancement funding opportunity to support the costs of planning, developing, and implementing programs designed to improve the capability of tribal governing bodies to regulate environmental quality pursuant to federal and tribal environmental laws. ADDED ON MARCH 20, 2024: The Administration for Native Americans has issued its annual Native American Language Preservation and Maintenance –  Esther Martinez funding opportunity to ensure the vitality of Native languages. ADDED ON MARCH 20, 2024: The Administration for Native Americans has  its annual Social and Economic Development Strategies (SEDS) to grow local economies, strengthen Native American families, including the preservation of Native American cultures, and decrease the high rate of current challenges caused by the lack of community-based businesses, and social and economic infrastructure in Native American communities.  Native American communities include American Indian tribes (federally-recognized and non-federally recognized), Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives, and Native American Pacific Islanders. $13 million is being made available under this opportunity with maximum awards of $900,000.
