ADDED ON JULY 29, 2024: The Department of Commerce is now accepting applications to support populations most impacted by digital divides. Low-income households, older adults, justice-impacted people, people living with disabilities, rural communities, and racial and ethnic minority groups are among the populations served by this program. More than $2 billion is being made available under this opportunity with awards in the range of $5 million to $12 million. Proposals are due on September 23, 2024.
